- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs
