Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 200g pancetta or bacon, diced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped

Cook spaghetti according to package directions

Meanwhile, cook pancetta in olive oil until crispy

Beat eggs with parmesan and black pepper

Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water

Add hot pasta to pancetta pan

Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture
