Ingredients

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Mix lamb with onion, garlic, spices, breadcrumbs, and egg

Form into sausage shapes around skewers
