- 4 barramundi fillets
- 100g butter, softened
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Steamed vegetables to serve
