Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced)

Heat oil in a large pan and cook onion until soft

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute

Add beef mince and cook until browned

Stir in tomato paste, flour, and cook for 2 minutes

Add stock and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 20 minutes
