Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Make croutons: toss bread with garlic and olive oil, bake until golden

Make dressing: blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovies, and parmesan
