Ingredients

  • 500g beef strips
  • 2 cups mixed Asian greens (bok choy, choy sum)
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat

Add beef strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned

Remove beef and set aside

Add onion and capsicum, stir-fry for 2 minutes

Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds
