Ingredients
- 1.5 cups arborio rice
- 300g beef strips
- 200g mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1.5L hot beef stock
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Heat stock and keep warm

Cook beef strips until browned, set aside
