Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups arborio rice
  • 300g beef strips
  • 200g mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1.5L hot beef stock
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
