BBQ Ribs with Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1kg pork ribs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions

Season ribs with brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder

Wrap ribs in foil and cook at 150°C for 2 hours

Make coleslaw: mix cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar

Refrigerate coleslaw for 30 minutes

Remove foil and brush ribs with BBQ sauce

Increase heat to 200°C and cook for 30 minutes

Brush with more sauce every 10 minutes
