Ingredients
- 1kg large green prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Crusty bread to serve

Preheat BBQ or grill pan to high heat

Melt butter in a small pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute

Add lemon juice and parsley to garlic butter

Thread prawns onto skewers or cook directly on grill

Brush prawns with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
